Of course, a hearing request will typically only be expedited when an emergency situation exists. To request an expedite, you can send what is known as a dire need letter to the hearing office where your claim is pending. Or, if you are represented, you can have your attorney or representative do this for you. You can also contact your local congressman and request that they make an inquiry into your case.
