If there is any problem with your Social Security check, you need to contact your local Social Security office or call the Social Security toll free number 1-800-772-1213. If you need to report a missing Social Security check, call your local Social Security office. They may be able to have your Social Security check reissued by the Treasury Department or even give you an emergency check when you come into the office.
