Lymphland.com is the personal site of Tina, a woman living with Lymphedema. Her website explains her story, answers questions about lymphedema and gives resources for more information on lymphedema.

Lymphland.com also has a yahoo web group. There is a place to sign up on the website.

Tina keeps her site personal and intimate and offers her email, phone and fax number and encourages people to reach out to her and others for support, interactivity and friendship.

The Lymphland.com directory has a lot of information about lymphedema, from illustrations on the lymph pathways, breathing exercises and alternative medical treatment articles, to ‘find a doctor’ and ‘find a therapist’.

A word of caution: The site has colorful backgrounds and because of this, is sometimes hard to read.
