NALA

The National Association of Legal Assistance (NALA) offers a web based program for an Advanced Paralegal Certification in Social Security disability. The website is located at nala.org, and as stated above the course is totally web based.

This website also has a thorough FAQ page that address common questions about the program. This advanced paralegal program is designed to help paralegals get a better understanding of Social Security terminology, ethics, requirements of representation, the disability process, the Administrative law judge decision process, and other important topics related to Social Security disability.
